Install laminate flooring and carpet on stairs
Bob and Brenda are excellent flooring installers. I had a short notice job that unfortunately got delayed by a day, but once everyone got organized it went on without a hitch. I have had numerous floors installed over the years and the quality of their work is top notch. I would recommend them to others.
Brian and his crew are very honest and do a great job. After some unfinished work from a previous builder, Brain was referred to me to correct outstanding issues, finish some projects and repair some damage. Did a great job on all fronts and wish I would have found him sooner. Would have saved me tons on money and aggravation!
Septic Install, Site Prep, Rock Work
Kevin Spence is extremely experienced and skilled. He knows what needs to be done, and is quick to complete the job. Having had difficulty with the last excavator we hired, he came and cleaned up the big mess left, corrected the many errors and put in a new septic for us. Wish we had hired him first. Would have saved us a ton of time, money and aggravation.
Floor Tile, Tub Surround, Stone Acid Wash/Sealer
Absolute Joke, advertises on Craigslist as experienced tile setting now starting his own business. Have a new build that required several tile jobs as well as work in main house. Didn't show up before noon any day and then stayed for a couple of hours and left, took forever to finish even smallest job. Made mistake of paying when finished one part so now after promising to come finish for last 3 1/2 weeks does not show, nor call or answer phone. Stuck now finding someone for small job which is holding up final on new build. Cost me a month of rent because would promise to show up. Stupid enough to believe him.
Ryan is very professional, and reliable. He does exactly what he says he will do and works hard until it gets done. Would definitely recommend his services, he put in sprinklers and low voltage wire for a 1/2 acre property in 2 long days with 1 helper.
Hire this guy! I have been doing an extensive building and renovating project over the last 2 years. The amount of times I have been ripped off is ridiculous. Brad and his crew are honest, hardworking putting in long hours to get job done. Came in on budget and was willing to squeeze in additional improvements to other house. One of the best trades I've have come through our project yet and I've had a lot. He seems to work all throughout Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley!
Warning, get firm price in writing and ask to see breakdown, completely ripped up off. Small standard Asphalt Roof for 1000 sq ft guest house, Several professional roofer's have come and quoted $6500 on the high side so overpaid by 40%.
