Warning, get firm price in writing and ask to see breakdown, completely ripped up off. Small standard Asphalt Roof for 1000 sq ft guest house, Several professional roofer's have come and quoted $6500 on the high side so overpaid by 40%.

Warning, get firm price in writing and ask to see breakdown, completely took advantage of us and situation. Small standard roof, no repairs required, nothing special, Several other's professional roofer's & neighbours have told us we overpaid by 40%. Should have had a solid quote first.
