The work they perform is good however they were not upfront about the service call admin charge and thus the cost was approx $ 60 over estimated. I did contact the company later on about it and they offered some of the charge as a credit.

Thanks for your honest feedback and taking the time to write this review, we will try to better communicate our charges. We will ensure that price is on our website and we will look at modifying processes here to make it more obvious. To help make it clearer for anyone reading this review, we do charge a minimum fee to cover the costs for travel time to get to your house. In 2013, our rate was $60 plus GST. On top of that we will bill for labour and parts for the technician to repair the irrigation system.Thanks again Rita and have a great winter!
