Took the time to answer all questions and to educate through the process. The electronic report was extremely professional and easy to read. Photos were integrated throughout the report. What an amazing experience. Katie the designer really took the time to assess our home needs in preparation for the sale of our home. She utilized what she could from our home and also provided the ease of rental items to make each room look warm and inviting. She really focused in on the strengths of the home to show case them and yet took into consideration the target market. Seemless service. Worked with our realtor closely. Pricing packages for consultation, staging and rental all available one stop shopping. Katie is able to stage vacant homes as well. Well done! Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

We chose Jordans flooring in Langley to install our Vinyl block tiling in our bathroom during our renovation because we had used them about 7 years ago and had a good experience. I found the sales team somewhat lazy as they didn't have much to show me and came across as not knowing what they had in inventory. I happened to see a product on my way out that was what I was aiming for. I never got a verification call prior to my booking date from Jordans. I had to call in to confirm that the product had arrived and that the installation date was confirmed. The installer Dick, however, was very professional. Arrived on time. Consulted me throughout the job. He made great suggestions and really listened to what I was wanting done. The end product of vinyl tiles with grout looks great and the job well done. The only outstanding issue was that he forgot to put down the transition piece that I had requested when the order was set up. We are still trying to coordinate a time when he can return to do this. Don't think I will use Jordan's again when there are so many other options now in Langley.

I so appreciated Peter's willingness to do such a small job and quickly. We tiled our bathroom backsplash. He made helpful recommendations and gave me options. He consulted throughout the job. I so appreciated the ability to do one stop shopping with Elite Kitchens and Bathrooms for our bathroom renovation. Product quality is good. Ken took the time to make recommendations based on our needs. No surprises on costs. We got what was ordered and paid for. The installer was very professional, courteous and efficient. They took the time to protect our home and to clean up after the job. Attention was paid to detail with measuring, consulting with me for placement and inspecting the job once done. We are pleased to be able to support local BC business. Due to the nature of the work...custom cabinetry does take time so there may be some delays in setting up install dates. Would use again and will recommend to family and friends.

Professional, efficient and knowledgeable. This glass company does a great job on building and repairing glass showers. We have had our shower for 8 years but needed some repair work done. Like the idea that they now do mirrors with frames and can do custom sizes which look great in a bathroom. We also had them cut a custom size piece of glass for a TV stand unit and install. Pricing very fair. Will recommend to family and friends. Will use again.

I like that Lynn phones to confirm our booking and emails us the bio/photo of the electrician that will be doing the work on our home. We have the one year plan with them which makes the cost more affordable if you are doing several jobs in a year. Lynn was extremely helpful with a few challenges that arose helping us to find a fair and equitable solution. The electricians took the time to explain the work to be done and were always open to questions throughout the job. We appreciated getting a full quote before the work started. Booties and clean up post job was much appreciated . Will recommend and use again.

A very professional and efficient purchase experience for a new sliding door. Seeing the product in the show room was very assuring and answered a lot of our questions prior to purchase. Robin my sales contact was very thorough and I never felt pressured. Even had a tour of the manufacturing site which was most impressive. The pre order measurer and the door installer Paul took the time to explain and answer questions. Paul was very professional, meticulous and efficient. I appreciated the customer "care of" tips handout and review at the end of the job. Will use again and will refer! Great job Centra. Our only challenge was the delay in time from purchase to install. As it was the December they were very back ordered. The delay therefore understandable.
