Consulting re replace furnace and A/C
Recently Reliance ran a promotion to have a consultant come to our house and review our current A/C and furnace setup for possible replacement. Jayson N. was the consultant that visited us. He was prompt, courteous, professional and seemed well informed. He helped us understand the options available and in the end, although we decided to stay with what we have for now, it was more our own personal timing that influenced the decision. Jayson's followup was prompt and thorough.
