We replaced all our front windows facing the street and we were told the seal would be even better than the 3-pane window lock tight seal we already had - but when they installed only double pane glass you can now hear every single vehicle passing - we can no longer use our living room space its so loud. And our kids are having trouble sleeping in the front rooms facing the street. Its horrendously loud now. The owner Lucas misled us with shoddy equipment and misinformation. His father called me and said it was because I had a window open? Huh? Seriously? Then he asked me to remove my review. No chance. Fix my windows!! I refused. Also my google review ge asked me to delete? Seriously? Absolutely!

Please do not use this guy. Jax will be nice until he gets your money. He left our job a disaster and toxic with glue shoddy pressboatd does not use wood. It was a disaster! We are still having to live with it after $30,000 spent.

Trenton replaced the flooring for us in our rental property townhouse. Firstly he advised us on laying LVT and laminate, texted samples to choose from, promptly supplied a quote, and placed the order. I paid $1,700 to have a leak in our bathroom fixed. They didn't find the leak, tore e'thing apart, found nothing, and basically repaired the mess they made. At a later date, the leak started again. They did the same thing, found the leak this time, and now want to charge us another $1,700. Is this fair?
