Rafi came after hours to get our furnace working again. It was leaking water and I was afraid to turn it on. Rafi diagnosed the problem as being with the gasket. He did the research to confirm that my furnace was under warranty, so the whole repair was affordable since parts were included. Rafi then then replaced the gasket. Everything has been working well since. Highly recommended.

After researching Red Robin Masonry on Home Stars, I called John for an estimate for the work I needed done to repair the front stairs and chimney on my house. John showed up on time and provided me with a competitive quote and an accurate estimate of when he could get the work done. I agreed to move forward. Red Robin Masonry did an excellent job of scheduling the job, completing it on time, fully cleaning up afterwards, and following up to ensure I was happy with the work. Overall, they did an excellent job, and I highly recommend them.

We hired Town Contracting to restore our basement. Steve and his team did a fantastic job. They were very polite, paid close attention to detail, and identified and implemented extras that were small but that made a huge difference in the end result. When we identified an electrical issue that made us nervous, Steve came right over on a Friday night to take a look and fix. We look forward to our next project, so that we can hire Towne Contracting.
