Our furnace decided to stop working and were left with out heat. Reliance sent out a product rep (Alex) within a few hours so we could purchase a new furnace. Hirad and his crew were sent the next day and the new furnace was installed. Hirad did an excellent job with the installation, and answered all the questions we had. Our humidifier stop working a few days later and Hirad orderd a new part while staying in constant communication with us until it was replaced.
