Derek Phung, Technician #2393 arrived on time for the scheduled annual maintenance of my furnace. Derek was friendly, extremely thorough with his work and did a lot of extra small things that weren't necessary. I would definitely want Derek back for next year's scheduled tune-up/maintenance.
