Upon visitng their small showroom, we would have walked out if it wasn't for or Jelena, a top notch sales rep. She was excellent but the over-bearing owner, Chris was very hostile, petty and argumentative. The installation was prompt and efficiently carried out. The cabinets are affordable and all in white. White is the only shade they sell. I would have rated the company higher, but the owner was a real piece of work

I contacted Air Plus Heating and Cooling Inc. at 5:45Pm and a representative was here by 6:30 pm that evening. Kwame is the rep who fixed our non-heating furnace. Very pleasant to deal with as was the office manager, Claudia. I can't thank them enough for their friendly, reasonable and prompt service with a full detailed explanation which they so willingly provided. I would definitely recommend their services. Great company to deal with.

Often, there are many good deals at Canadian Tire. I bought a pantry which was normally marked at $99.00, and I was able to get it on sale for $39.00. The reason I'm writing is that it was so coincidental as I was wishing that the pantry would go on sale, as it rare did in the past, if ever. The only thing I would like to see is that the employees at that particular store were more informative, and were easier to understand. I realize that for many, English is not their mother tongue, but please Canadian Tire, if you are going to hire people to deal with the general public, at least hire people that can understand and speak English well enough to be understood by "Joe Public". With the unemployment rate at an all time high, surely, there are more qualified people to fill these positions.

I was very pleased with the results from our DIY installation for the whole first floor of our home. The people at Home Depot were very helpful in assisting us with our selection by making sure we had purchased enough wood flooring but at the same time, not too much. First of all, when is a professional service provided without a receipt given? I was told that it would be emailed to me....going on two months now. I was sent a special promotion from Groupon for duct and furnace cleaning, and took advantage of what I thought was a good deal, I was totally wrong. The "free video" of the procedure, a before and after which was promised was not mentioned until I had asked about it, and then I was told that since I stepped out to the bank, a 4 minute trip in total which I had mentioned to the tech rep, missed the video. if there ever was sub-standard service, it's this company, the furnace wasn't cleaned, and dust fragments were left all over the house. Don't waste your time or money on this company's service. The $79.00 special soon became more than $100.00, they charged 13% HST without providing a receipt plus additional costs. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't even take their service free of charge, thanks for nothing Daniel!
