would give it a zero if I could. We purchased a bedroom set. As soon as we got it delivered and we assembled it, we discovered that the headboard was defective and was moving front and back to the point where it could actually break off. We called immediately, took a video and reported the issue. We had to call at least 5 times until they sent someone to look at it. Two people showed up without masks or even a toolbox. They told us this is the way it is and best to put something in the back of the bed to support it. I think Ikea has better quality furniture for 1/4 of the price we paid. Save your money and spend it elsewhere where you would get better quality and definitely better customer service

This is the second time we go with Natik. Needles to say they did an amazing job on our previous house and again did a marvelous job this time around. I can't recommend them enough. This family owned business is nothing short of a 10 star. Quality of work and customer service are exceptional and to top it off very reasonably priced. Their dedication to the job shows in every detail from helping with colors to getting the job done. We will always be their customers

Horrible Experience!!!! I hired this company to extend my deck after i checked the rating on homestars. My deck is 10 feet high. Shortly after this team started the job, one of the builder's contractors knocked on my door and told me the deck was not being built to code and advised me to fix the issue because it will be a safety hazard. I asked Chris about this and he assured me 1000% that he was going by the code (I admit i should have gotten an inspector right then but i did not). A year later, i had few people in the industry tell me the same thing about the deck. Since we were considering to sell the house, i got an inspector to inspect the deck. it FAILED inspection and the inspector said it was a Safety Hazard!!! I emailed Chris about the issue and asked him to come and fix the deck to get it to code but he refused claiming the deck was built to code. I even advised him that i would take him to court if he failed to come and fix his errors. He again refused. I am now in the process of fixing the deck, which is costing me a fortune because all the contractors i got told me they have never seen anything as bad as this!! I have attached the pictures that show clearly how bad this job was. IF you are considering this company for any type of work, my advise is to get an inspector to inspect their work.

If you are considering SOS Appliance Repair, do yourself a favour and think again. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I came across this company on the internet when my ice dispenser stopped working. What a big mistake. I wish I did some research before I called them. They gave me the standard price of $80 of diagnostic fee for the technician to come and see what the problem is and of course they tell you that the $80 is waived if you end up using their services. The technician showed up and said that the problem is with the motor. He would try to fix it for $260. he unscrewed the motor and put it back on (literally 10 min job), tried it and it worked with a weird noise. When I asked him, he said it's normal. He charged me $300 for 30 min of work. He left and when the ice bin filled up with ice, I tried it again but guess what??? it did not work. I called the company and left few messages and wrote them couple of emails to try to get this resolved but no one has got back to me. I don't understand how a company and a management like this can stay in business. my advice to anyone out there who is thinking of SOS is STAY AWAY!!!!

My experience with Zaid Moving Company was absolutely fantastic. I called Zaid last minute to help my brother with his move to Toronto. Zaid was extremely helpful and professional and managed to get the job done. Would definitely use his company again!!
