Reliance came in to inspect their 11+ year old water heater and quickly determined that it needed to be changed. The appointment was booked on the spot for the date and time I needed. When the technician (Tim H) came in he offered some options and quoted a reasonable price. The work was completed in a timely manner. Tim was very professional and answered all my questions. Thanks!
