We were thrilled with the work done by ARC. We had an older corian countertop with flush mounted composite sink. The sink developed a crack which was irreparable. We met with Mary-Anne who offered several options options and materials. We chose to go with an undermount sink and solid surface countertop. This was a very tricky job as there were many challenges, especially getting the right size sink, as old one was an odd size. Fitting a new one while maintaining adjacent drawers was not an easy feat. As well we did not want to replace extensive backsplash. Also gas cooktop had to be removed and cutout made . Arc handled all issues with phenomenal expertise. Mary-Anne and team Alex, Andrei and Johnny were true professionals. Job was completed in a timely manner. I could not be any happier with final results.

We had another company come and "guess" at what might be one of 2 problems with Thermidor wall oven and suggested replacement parts. Adriano came and "knew what the problem was and was able to have circuit board repaired. Amazing, timely service with a very knowledgeable, polite technician. Thrilled!

We developed cracks/leaks in our double kitchen sink which is inserted into a 30 year old Corian countertop. Replacement of the sink would have turned into a complete kitchen makeover. Andrei was able to come up with a repair plan to sand, refill cracks. Amazed with the job that his competent employee,Alex did! Thanks Hardflex!

Andy, the manager sent a service person Dave to remove and install a new dishwasher. Original quote was $200.end price was $376.00. Dave was overwhelmed by the project as it required some fine physical maneuvering to place an electrical box which he said outright that he was physically unable to do. Hence, he left the dishwasher jutting out as a result dishwasher could not close properly and refused to add water. Dave got frustrated and indicated that he was moving on to his next customer....and perhaps would be back after his first customer of the next day. He became very sultry, when I indicated, that I was calling his office. Best move ever. I spoke to Andy the Office Manager, who sent out Fadi, who rectified everything! Definately overpaid but Fadi was phenomenal!

I am over the top happy with the prompt excellent service.from Laurie, the dispatcher to Brian, the plumber and his apprentice, Tommy. Amazing to have assistance within 3 hours for a leaky kitchen tap and great advice from Bryan in terms of need for replacement versus ordering parts. Faucet was replaced and a clogged sink taken care of as well. True professionals!

I love HOMESTARS! Yearly, we have repeatedly used the same companies for services such as lawn maintenance pool opening/closing and , lawn sprinkler opening/closing. I am tired of lackluster service from companies that expect your business. Decided to try someone new based on his Homestars ratings. I contacted Rick at Urban Lawn Sprinklers , set up a date and time. Rick kept his appointment even though it was raining. He thoroughly fine-tuned every single head on a large property and was ever so helpful! What a professional! 10 stars well deserved!

I was so utterly impressed with James' services - from quote to cleanup! We have a large backyard with 20 foot high cedars surrounding 3 sides and pool area. James' team was incredibly professional and thorough in lopping off tops to even out and trimming back sides especially around pool area. Not one shred of debris left behind. Our hedge has never looked better.

After the great flood of July,2013, it was apparent that the water damage in our basement was partly caused by cracks in the foundation. We employed Under 44. Antonio and his assistant, Eric, were phenomenal. The project was completed on time and in a completely professional and friendly manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring their services. We are certain that are basement is water tight!
