I turned off the furnace during a warm spell, and when I switched it back on it wasn't working. I called RHC because they serviced my furnace in 2013 and I was really happy with their previous work. I asked for a weekend appointment and Rob came by. He quickly diagnosed that my furnace was fine, but it was the thermostat that needed to be replaced. Rob explained the simple process of doing that, removed the old thermostat and prepped the wires for the new unit, and recommended some good thermostat options. He offered to come back and help if I had any issues. I was able to buy and install the new unit myself later in the day - it was as easy as Rob promised. Thanks again for the quick service and educational visit!

Rob and Hakim arrived at my place at the scheduled time. They were friendly and very efficient.
