KL from Newmarket

We regret to buy a new house from Countrywide. Poor finishing. (tiles in kitchen, bathrooms are not level, deck is titled, the edge of concrete floor in basement is not fully filled, metal bars exposed from concrete, Drainage is leaking...etc), Terrible customer service, it is merely impossible to get in touch with them. The technicians / handy man always missed their appointments. Very stressful and frustrating experience on getting our issues fix. We still have many pending issues awaiting to be fixed. **When doing your PDI, it is a MUST to put ALL your findings in written. Do not trust their words/what they told you, otherwise, the issues would be pending forever.** I would not recommend Countrywide to my family and friends!
