We recently had our water heater replaced by Reliance, there was a small issue with the installation. Reliance corrected the issue and promptly offered me free rental for 3 months. I was also in need of a furnace and air conditioner. Kermit sent out his best salesperson and assured me that we would get a great deal for our trouble. I met with Joel Matthews. He was very knowledgeable and quoted me with a great rate and within 3 days we had a new furnace and air conditioner. The installers were neat and professional.
