Joe Green #2512 is a very responsible , professional technician , well knowledgeable of what he do, fixed my water heater within 15 mins & carefully inspect everything before he left. He is so helpful & patient by answering dozens of my question, also gave me advise & hint how to protect my laminate floor around the water tank area if water leak happened! Thank you Joe!
