I have Securetec for my home and Business both and I can tell u most awful service I ever had. From last three years I m with them and it's never happened till now that I called them and talking to there customer service reps or ever the the guys come home for service they don't even know how to talk. Even charging me to come home and fix the problem they don't wanna answer my questions and if u ask again they leave without finishing there job. If u work hard for your money don't go for securetec.......
