An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We have an extremely busy household with an extremely active laundry room. When our dryer stopped working, only about 5 years old we urgently needed it repaired. What I like about Sam was a lot of the work was done before his visit. He asked me to take photos of the dryer, the broken piece, the serial number and model number which was on inside of the door of dryer. Took photos with Iphone, emailed to him. When he arrived, he knew exactly what to do, had brought the correct piece, fixed an additional problem with the dryer and alerted us to a potential problem down the line if we did not do a certain maintenance task. Very grateful I was for this speedy, professional and efficient service. I will definitely use Sam again.
