We've had our ducts cleaned twice by Advanpro. The initial service its the one that included installation of two humidifiers on the furnaces. That is the occasion on which it cost us over $2,600. After a few weeks of not seeing any change in humidity in our house, I called Advanpro to send technicians to see what the problem was. They came and could not figure out the problem. I contacted the humidifier manufacturer a few weeks later, as our humidity was still 25% or less. They also could not figure out what the issue might be. It is now two years later we finally figured out that some of the components of the humidifiers have been improperly installed. Advanpro was very good with customer service, sending technicians to fix the issue at once. I read in previous reviews that some of the technicians tend to upsell their services when they come to provide duct cleaning. We had the exact same issue with a technician actually claiming that our furnace was creating carbon deposits which alarmed me so I agreed to the extra cleaning services. After I did some extensive research on the possibility of carbon deposits I realized that there was absolutely no situation in which your furnace actually creates carbon. We called Advanpro to express our dissatisfaction with the advice provided by the technician and we were reimbursed part of the cost of the unscheduled services. Generally, I would say Advanpro provides excellent customer service, but they need to retrain some of their technicians to not try to sell products and services that are not necessary. I would also suggest that they retrain some of their technicians so that initial products such as humidifiers, are installed correctly.

We are happy with our floors, but it did take lots of negotiating with Contempa to get what we wanted. Generally, the work was well done, quality of product and selection outstanding. All said, Contempa is devoted to customer satisfaction, they just need a bit of a push to get there.

Great company. The guys were always on time, eager to get the work done. They went the extra mile, offering to complete work (not for free of course!) that was not in the job scope. Quality of work was great, and completed in timely fashion.

The cabinets we ordered were perfect. They managed to complete building the cabinets in very short delay. Quality and craftmanship is excellent. Soft-close doors and drawers, solid wood. The crews they sent out to install were fast and efficient.

The staff at western granite are very attentive and helpful. They carry a wide selection of granite and marble, in every price range. They put great attention to detail, making sure the backs plash matches the counter tops. They even made sure I was there when they were templating so I could select which pieces would be the island, the counter, etc. Great service!

NIck is very easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He had good suggestions to address the project issues that came up. Always in time, and his crew always cleaned-up after themselves. Highly recommended!

We got a problem fixed by this company. They were able to find the problem right away, and were able to come quickly. However, they had to come back to out house twice to fix it again! Also, the technician would tell us he'd be by at a certain time, then come earlier, and if we weren't home, he'd just open our garage and fix our door without telling us.

We got a total reno completed by Kuypers Design Group starting in October of 2013. Ben is very professional, while being very easy to get along with. He will be on your side for all issues that come up, and is very good with keeping up with emails, and updates. Ben offers great advice with design, and will accompany you to showrooms and help with selections and design. We love our home, the quality of the work is second to none.
