Yvon is a PRO and is very, very reasonable. He takes pride in all of his work and becomes very interested in outcome. I had hired a interior designer to help with paint colors and Yvon suggested modifying some of the colors to different walls or rooms, which ended up being the right decision. Our designer felt he had a keen eye and with his experience was very good at helping us create the right look and feel. I would strongly recommend Yvon to any homeowner or business.

Peter is a very skilled, professional electrician. We were very impressed when the inspector came and commented that he is very confident in Peter's work and really inspecting it was just part of the process but was always sure the job would be done right and to code. Peter is very particular about doing a good job. We will definitely be hiring him again to do our Basement reno.

At the end of the summer we asked many of our friends about who they would recommend to install a pool. We wanted to install in the fall and have ready for next summer to open. Surprisingly the same name kept coming up.... Robert Moffat and Pioneer Pools.... We were doing some major landscaping and the owner over heard me talking about it and laughed and said the last 7 pools he personally had, Robert Moffat had the guy been putting in pools. He worked for 25 years plus with Pioneer Pools as a sub-contract. and for the past 3 or 4 was working on his own. I have to say Robert is extremely humble, easy going and very professional.. There was no pressure and sound advice. We wanted the biggest pool and he advised to go with a mid-size pool, we wanted lights and he said avoid lights in pool and avoid headaches.......and to not do any concrete or stone work until the the dirt had time to settle.....He works with another guy who were unbelievable to watch.... They installed the pool like pro's. They came back to clean the pool several times... , to make sure the pump was running well and give us Pool school...He is coming back in the spring/summer to re-educate us again and open the pool and I just know that he will do that without me even calling. HIGHLY recommend this company and this man!

Just purchased new appliances for a new kitchen reno. Mike was very knowledgeable and professional. We had faith in Peter Martin's however shopped around first looking at other products and by far they gave us the best pricing and product for our needs.

We had a horrible experience with another water treatment company in town so we were very leary about using another local company. After calling around Ontario this company owner's kept coming up as being the best..... and they are. They took their time, did their due diligence and installed a wonderful treatment system that is working amazing. I only wished I had call them first.

Excellent customer service. The contractors desk was extremely helpful ( Andrew or Jim) and went out of their way to provide great customer service. This particular store is very large but has the small town store mentality whereby they are there for the customer. I had great service from Plumbing, doors and windows, lumber, tiles etc...... very committed team.

Have worked with Jonas and Scott on several projects. They are in their early 30s so they have lots of energy and very detailed orientated. They work extremely well together. Our engineer felt Jonas really knew his stuff and Scott has experience in the detailed carpentry.

i had ordered windows with a expected delivery date and called to confirm the delivery and was told the windows would be an additional 10 days. My contractors based their work schedule on that date. When I was informed of the delay, I wanted to cancel but they advised that glass was already pre-cut?? I have been advised from other manufacturers that standard practice is that the glass is not cut until they do job...I feel like they are holding us hostage on their time schedule. Absolutely ridiculous and very poor customer service. Save yourself the heartache and buy your windows elsewhere.
