Simply said - no bullshit. Dave was upfront about our options. We were given the choice to replace the part at $400 or replace the unit at $3000. He gave us the pros and cons of each, there was no pressure to make either choice. Once we decided to go with replacing the unit, he coordinated to get the home inspection done for us and picked up the replaced unit as promised. Everything was done within the timeframe which Dave promised. Couldn't be happier with the service.
