An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
After dealing with a number of tradesmen who were doing various renovations in our home, dealing with John was like a breath of fresh air. The bedroom in our condo also has an office function and we required a desk, desk to ceiling supply cabinet, a second wardrobe and a bed. John measured the existing space and then supplied us with digitized 3D plans, a budget and a time line. All the building of the furniture was done in John’s shop, the installation in our home was efficient and quick and our normal activities were disrupted only minimally. The room looks great now - the new built-ins are wonderful and one can see that the work was done by a super craftsman. The job was done perfectly and there was no need to come back to patch and fix things. We also want to emphasize that John and his assistant Paul were always friendly without ever losing their professional feel. Many thanks, John, it was a pleasure dealing with AzAnArt Woodworking.
