Our gas grill needed service because the igniter kept clicking until the battery went dead. Technician said it needed a new valve. Valve was replaced. Then, grill would not start. Technician that the burners needed to be replaced (over $1,000). We told him that we needed a second opinion. He put everything back together and left. When he put things back together, he did not put the burner into the valve correctly. When we started the grill, there was a huge fire that burned up the entire panel. We spoke to owner. We want them to fix the grill at their cost. They refused and offered a $300 payment. Menawhile, the manufacturer came and inspected the grill. They said that THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE BURNERS!!! This company is incompetent. Stay away from them.

Home Depot project planner (Mary) was very helpful but the contractors that were used were terrible. There were lots of problems along the way and some still exist. We just stopped complaining. Shower leaks badly, grout is all cracked, tile is cracked, seals on shower door keep falling off, trim didn't get painted, and more. When we turned on the shower for the first time, water poured through the ceiling in the dinette. Repairs to the ceiling don't match the rest of the ceiling. Can't use the body sprays in the shower because the shower doors leak so badly. Project took much longer than they said it would, cost more than budget and quality of workmanship was poor.
