We have moved into a fairly new house and have been live hear about a year house is 3 years old . First two months in feb to be exact our furnace went down i call Direct Energy and they told me if i sign up with there extended warranty program they cost would be beneficial so we did initial start up was a couple hundred but the part and labour was more than double that and they came quick to fix this problem . A year later another issue with the furnace called them and they where here within a hours time fast service the part had to be ordered but it was here the next day installed and cost me nothing would of been about $600 and headaches

We were in the market for a central vacuum and looked at many at the home show two company's stood out and the one we went with was Beam. We went to York north vacuums and they honored the show price and gave us next day install if we wanted we went with the 375c model . When the installer came he recommended that we show get the longer hose 35-feet instead of the standard 30-feet which worked out great since another outlet was not an option for us they gave us the hose at no extra charge .

My new kitchen was designed by and installed through Home Depot. The installation contractor made a mess and the whole kitchen had to be removed and correctly installed. Home Depot arranged and paid for all the removal and re-installation, inspected the new instal every step of the way and kept me up to date. I was very satisfied.

We ordered our Colopy Garage door from our local Home Depot after reviewing various doors at the 2008 Home Show. We waited until they had a 25% off special on doors. Home Depot arranged the installer, everything went smooth, on time and no surprises. Our neighbours have been asking what type of door we have as it made a big difference in the appearance of our home.
