I wish I had read these reviews before accepting my agents recommendation to use Pillar to Post Home Inspector. The home inspection was lousy and therefore cost me $$$. I absolutely do not recommend this company.
I called Dev for an estimate after reading homestars reviews. He was prompt, showed us samples and gave us a few options to help us choose the right window coverings. We were in need for window coverings after moving into a newly renovated house. Dev put a rush order for our shutters and he installed them within a week. The shutters look amazing. Thank you Dev for your friendly service, great job and reasonable pricing. We will be telling everyone about your products and services.
I was told by the salesman Mike that the Deluxe SS storm door comes with a pet mesh screen as a standard feature as the screen is at the bottom of the door and not at the top like most doors. After installation I spoke to the salesman about the screen being a regular screen and not a pet mesh screen. He suggested that I call the service office. I was told by the service office that there is nothing they can do as that is what I ordered. I then spoke to Benny, the Manager about my request to have the regular screen changed to a pet mesh and he said that his experienced salesman would not tell me that the pet mesh was a standard feature of this door, but as an option at an additional cost. I spoke to the salesman again and he denied telling that the pet mesh was a standard feature. Very dishonest! I absolutely do not recommend this company to anyone.
