Stefano came to us and gave us a quote and promised to do the job in a short period of time. He gave us some suggestions to improve the job which we followed and throughout the job we made some changes to the job which Stefano did happily. His philosophy was he would rather us be happy at the end of the day which we appreciated. Stefano and his team offered a reasonable price, the job was completed in the timeline given and with quality old world workmanship. Stefano and is team installed an interlocking walkway at the side of house and repaired the existing walkway at the front of house.

When we were shopping around for new windows we received 5 different quotes and north star was not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive we found the sales representative Peter was very helpful and suggested that we go to the showroom to see there full line of Windows. With this advice we ended up doing something that we never even considered before and love how it improved the appearance of the house inside and out. We found that they were very attentive to our needs and listened to our concerns and did follow up visits to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The only real issue we had was that the manufacturer sent 1 window the wrong size so had to wait for another one to be made which was another 6 weeks.
