Yevhen came quickly the next day, and expertly repaired the washing machine pump. It also has a warranty for 3 months( like a new pump would have). Ill definitely call him again and highly recommend him.

I discovered water in a puddle under my kitchen sink….next morning more water was there, obviously a leak. Left a message on homestars for help and I was called immediately by Wayne at H2O services. He asked me a few questions on the phone, gave me a diagnosis and a quote and came over at 2:00 ( on a Sunday, the same day I called. He sawed a part off, replaced with a new piece and all fixed!!! Fast, professional and fair price. Excellent!

Washing machine stopped working
Vincent has come to my house for many years. Today, it was the washing machine that stopped working yesterday. I thought maybe he would come during the week.... but he came the very next day.( On a Sunday, with no extra weekend charge!) He asked ahead of time the make/ model... so he was prepared with the correct part. He is amazingly good at keeping old machines running smoothly and at a fair price! I highly recommend him.

Replaced an old electrical box outside
Mark Burton did an amazingly great job for me in a timely cost effective way. He is the voice of experience and I could see he knew exactly what to do and how to succinctly obtain the permit and do the job. I interviewed one other fellow before I met Mark... the guy was going to fumble getting a permit and charge me double what Mark quoted! There are many inexperienced people out there! Both sides of my porch had crumbling bricks. Some companies want to cover with mesh and plaster...that would be a bandage solution. Tony Devlin is a licenced bricklayer and a real professional. He repaired my brickwork at a fair price and excellent work. Does what he says and adds a bit extra. He carefully matched up the colour of the brick (not easy since 70 year old bricks are unavailable) and asked my opinion. He added a repair to the corner of the cement (which had disappeared) at no extra charge, his own idea. The finished result looks fantastic, clean and neatly done ! I would also like to mention ,he and his helper take extra care in protecting things close by and total clean up afterwards. EXCELLENT !
Thanks Pam, Bandage solutions might be a quicker and less expensive option but you always end up paying more in the long term to have it redone the proper way.
