We have an older home and we could hear animals in the ceiling of our gym which is directly below our kitchen. We had spent over $35,000 gutting our gym and wire meshing everything with our contractor so nothing could get in. Within days we could hear animals again. Our contractor contacted several animal control companies only to hear every excuse imaginable as to why they wouldn't take on the job. One company came and told me to rip of a $50,000 deck and then they would look. Finally our contractor got a hold of Ken and Bruce from Swat Wildlife. Within 2 minutes they told us it was raccoon's due to the smell. And within 2 hours they had found the access point and messed the entry with a one way door.
