Routine furnace maintenance found holes in the heat exchanger. Technician cut off gas at 8pm on a January night, so we had to replace the furnace immediately. Called a friend who had recently replaced his furnace (and had time to comparison shop) and got recommendation for Furnace King. Texted Sandip at 10:30pm and he called me right away. He came for a meeting/ inspection at 1pm the next day, and the new furnace went in at 9am the following day (36 hrs after our gas was cut off). Sandip was very professional & helpful. I didn't feel that he was taking advantage of our desperate situation at all. He has called/ emailed several time since to make sure we are happy with the furnace. We are! It has evened out the temperature zones between floors and made the basement much warmer. I would highly recommend Furnace King & Sandip.

I called High Tech to repair my dishwasher in April. He had to order a part, but returned as promised a few days later to complete the repair. While he was here, I asked him to look at my gas oven, which was taking a long time to start. He told me the igniter needed to be replaced, which he promptly fixed. Less than 2 months later, my oven conked out on a Sat night. I called High Tech at 9 am on Sun morning, and he came 3hrs later. He said the igniter must have been faulty, and replaced it immediately, at no cost to me. I was very impressed with the service. I would certainly call them again for any repairs, and would recommend them to friends.

We hired Victorious to replace the carpet on 2 floors (incl. 28 stairs) of our house before we put it up for sale. It was a tight timeline, as we had other trades doing work. They did excellent work and finished ahead of schedule. I was very pleased and think the result contributed to the quick sale of our home. A few weeks later, just before closing the sale, our cat damaged the new carpet in one of the closets, so I called Mark to see if it could be repaired. The repair was seamless, done in about an hour, for a very reasonable fee. I would certainly recommend them!
