Cody did an awesome job of replacing out bathroom sinks and repairing a problem with the plumbing under the kitchen sink. He cleans up after himself, you wouldn’t even know he was there and removes all the old units. He is polite, friendly and doesn’t waste time. Great value and workmanship. We had a hole in the bladder under our home And had Herb and his helpers (Rich and Brayden, young men that Herb is teaching) come in to repair it. While he was under there he noticed that who ever had put the heat tape on our water supply line had insulated it with foam tubing (this was done prior to us purchasing the home and by another repair guy) Herb immediately brought this to our attention because it's a fire hazard. He and the young lads removed the foam insulation and replaced the heat tape and installed the correct type of insulation. This is not the first time we have had Herb in to do repairs and are always pleased with his workmanship, professionalism, honesty and pricing. We highly recommend Versatile Renovations. Had Kelley come in to replace an outlet that wasn't working. Most electricians charge a 2 hour call out, he didn't. It was a small job but we wanted it done right and it was. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable and left the work area clean when he was finished. I would have no worries about having him here even if my hubby wasn't home. Needed 2 toilets replaced with the low flow toilets that I had purchased. Cody was on time, polite, friendly, on budget and left our home spotless. He removed all garbage, packing material as well as the 2 old toilets. Cody did an awesome job and would have absolutely no problem recommending him to my family and friends. This is the second time we have used CJL plumbing and heating and this experience was just as good as the first time. Well done Cody and thanks again for the great experience

We were experiencing some condensation problems in our home so I called Superior Roofing Ltd for a quote. Matt arranged for a time that was convinent for me to come out and give us an estimate. He arrived on time, was polite and knowledgeable. He explained that some of my vent were in the wrong place and were cancelling each other out, as well as explained that a whirlybird would also help. We hired him to complete the work and are very satisfied with the results, again arrived on time the job was completed on time and for what his quote was. He respected our home and our neighbours and left our yard very clean by removing all debris. Thank You again Matt for making this repair painless for us. Thank You Matt for a job well done

Needed someone to build some porch stairs. Found Gabe on Kijiji. I must say I was impressed with him. Although he had never built stairs before and he told me that straight up, his boss helped him out the the stringers the rest he did himself and we are totally happy with the job he did. He was on time and his work area was kept neat and the stairs turned out exactly like we wanted. Any questions he had we discussed and he implemented. He gave me a list of materials that I needed to supply which was nice as there was no mark up on the materials and I got to shop around for the best prices on the materials that I wanted the stairs to be made of. Thank You Gabe for doing a wonderful job. You are a hard worked and go the extra mile to make sure your customers are happy. Wie will use you again in the future.

Wow...from conception to completion the process was so easy. We are amazed at the quality of the workmanship and that it only took one day. The shed was worth every penny we paid for it. It will stand up to Calgary weather with ease. The crew that built our shed, Devon and Ryan we're professional, friendly and treated our yard and neighbours with respect. They and the shed exceeded our expectations. Thank you shed solutions for such a beautiful addition to our home. Still smile every time I look at our shed.
