Our furniture was in such horrible condition after water damage that some restorers suggested we just get rid of it. Renforth of Unique Furniture restored our badly warped and flaking pieces to perfection, among others a sideboard, upholstered chairs and a table with leaves that were stuck. Most amazing of all, he found an artist to help beautifullly restore our 300 + years old antique lacquered Dutch-Indonesian breakfront with delicate painted scenes on it. Renforth is friendly and polite as well as a consummate professional who sets very high standards for himself. He more than delivers what he promises. We are very grateful for the excellent work he did, and to our friend for recommending him. He is a true gem!

This project was a real challenge, with extensive damage on three levels of our home due to some nasty flooding. Maralon Construction expertly and efficiently repaired it all, clearing up some preexisting violations in the process. For this we are very grateful. They are competent, honest and responsive, and truly know their stuff.

Brent Jeffreys carefully, patiently and thoroughly inspected every relevant area of our home. He left us with pictures, a folder and a summary of vital information we can use to forestall repairs and maximize the soundness of our house. The cost was based on the size of our home, which is larger than average. We are very happy we called him and highly recommend him!

Thank you for the feedback "Flooded" (you weren’t kidding'). I very much appreciate it. When you had initially called me and had told me your situation, I truly did not realize the extensive damage that I would be looking at. On the inspection, as I was looking around, I thought to myself, "Why do bad things sometimes happen to such nice people?" However, I could see that you and your husband are far too strong to allow something like this to bring you down in life. I could see that you goal was now to focus on the positive side of things and move forward. No point and dwelling on the negative. I'm sure that when it's all said and done, that the whole thing will be not necessarily forgotten about, (although that would be nice) but you've simply moved forward. Yes, I do base my fees on the size of the home. Here’s one for you, some inspectors base their fees on the value of the home. I would be curious as to what they would have charged you in that neighborhood! Thanks again, and thank you for choosing Classic Home Inspections!!!
