FIrst contact was the salesman. Courteous and knowledgable. I felt comfortable having him in my home. He was fast to respond to my calls when I was concerned about not hearing from homedept about my appointment. The second visit was the measuring guy, also really really friendly and comfortable to have around. Thorough and informative. The install crew was wonderful. Very professional and friendly. Worked fast and did a thorough job including clean up. Could not have asked for a better experience.
