I had never been to Arrow Furniture before but a friend recommended that I check it out. What a great surprise! The staff was very courteous and I did not feel the high pressure that I often get at the big box stores. The store was beautifully decorated and the selection was huge. I was able to pick out a living room and dining room that I loved. Best prices that I have seen around and I had been looking for about 4 months. The delivery staff was very professional and arrived within the 3 hour window that I was given. They actually called me an hour before arriving. One of the chairs had a broken leg. I called customer service and they exchanged it two days later. If you haven't ever been to an Arrow Store, I highly recommend you make the trip.
