We recently had Luke and Waterview help us complete our renovation to prepare for sale. Luke started by completing the upstairs millwork. The crown moulding and baseboards. Luke worked in and around our kids while they "helped" without any trouble! Our old stairs in a very old house we not square and true, Luke was able to provide the finishing and handrail to such a high quality that you can not tell the original framing (not by Waterview) was out of alignment. We love our open stairs. We then moved down to our unfinished basement suit and laundry room. The work in these location was completed quickly and to a very high standard, every details was thought about and Luke helped us with deciding on the best way to complete some of the challenging areas. We loved our finished basement and we and our Realtor are sure the quality off Luke's work helped with the quick sale of our house. Luke was always on time, cleaned up everyday, worked with our schedule and best of all had great communication skills. We always knew what was happening, when and were brought in on any decisions that needed to be made as a result of uncovering items in a 100 year old house. We have moved to a new house now and are looking at the next set of renovation tasks that need to be tackled and Luke and Waterview will 100% be our guys!

We required a very simple vanity replacement. We looked at lots of different places from other similar places shipping from China to Big Box. For the price we feel we got the best bag for our buck, the cabinet is made from plywood and not particle board, the granite counter and sink all fit great. We were able to complete the install ourselves so did not have to deal with any of their contractors. All in all happy with our simple product that meets our needs for our budget and feel it looks great!

We had Celsky come to look at our small deck repair. They gave us a very clear broken down quote to complete all phases of the work and also gave us some options to complete some of the work ourselves to help keep our costs down. This was a great option for us as we are on a budget with skilled friends help we were able to replace the decking plywood which saved us quite a bit of money. Then Celsky came back in and placed the flashings and the vinyl, everything looks great and we are looking forward to years of morning coffees on the deck, Thanks!

We went to Midland to try and look at the higher end appliances than the big box stores. Scott was very helpful, we have a small kitchen and needs to look at 24" oven and cooktop and with the sales one we were able to get into nice AEG steam oven, induction cooktop and a free range hood, pairing this with a great counter top Fisher and Paykel fridge we are very happy with the purchase

We had North Shore come and complete a full Gutter and Downspout removal and replacement. We are very happy with the finished product, the gutters look great and we are very happy with the clean outs. Our only issue with the project was we had to schedule and reschedule the install date a few times. They said it was because other job running over time and guys not showing on the right day. This was a little disappointing but now the work is complete we are very happy with the final product.

We had Tyler come and look at our old roof because of a leak. He noted that the shingles were in pretty bad shape and that we should consider a replacement, however for a short term solution that would keep the winter rain out, and allow us some time to save up, a tarp could be used. He came quickly and had the tarp up and gave us a very reasonable quote. We had certainly expected a much higher price and are looking forward to the next phase of the project.

We had Carlo in to scope our very old (100yr) clay drain tile. He came with his camera and was pleasantly surprised with how good shape they were in. He showed us what he was looking for and tested them out with his hose. We then wanted to add a sump, when he came back to look he found an old buried one that was in pretty good shape. He could have told us we needed a new one but was honest and reduced the quoted price to clean out and add a new manhole barrel. We are very happy with the result and the honest opinions and the work that was completed. Thank very much!
