Very prompt and responsive via email and phone. Answered all our questions that we had. I would highly recommend Patio Enclosures Inc/Complete Home Concepts Inc for any home addition project. They have done an excellent job adding a good size Sunroom (two steps down) by opening up the space in our breakfast area. Everyone at CHC have been very polite and helpful. Giancarlo did an excellent job explaining the product, the process as well as understanding our needs and worked very hard to get the right sketch in place until we were 100% satisfied. Thereafter Mal did the actual design- I was impress to see how well he designed the steps that it did not use the room space at all. Curtis has always been a great point of contact and very promptly would answer all my queries satisfactorily. The onsite construction was done by Chad with his assistant Donnie. Chad is an amazing person, excellent craftsmanship and has an eye for smallest detail. CHC has an excellent crew and the whole process was so much fun, and flawlessly passed on from one stage to another. The end result is amazing ... a large Sunroom with a tall hip roof, long steps inside and outside. This room is a room we are going to enjoy for many years. Thank you.
