Basement carpet install: old carpeting removed and 100% wool Godfrey Hirst carpets and premium underpad installed. Looks great and feels plush. Abraham & his team are fantastic. Abraham is very professional, smiling, courteous & goes the extra mile to accommodate client requests. He was very patient with getting the samples of the carpet for selection. He & his team did a fabulous job of getting my basement carpeted. We also did a section with vinyl tiles - once again a very neat & professional job. He also came and fixed a small water leak patch of the carpet with a new one in record time. we are very satisfied with the work and will call him for future home decorating needs.

Nikita is a diligent & conscientious worker. He painted our decks & exterior woodwork along with a college student. He was patient & made sure that the paint colour exactly matched when I had a concern. Unlike many contractors, he cleans up the area after a job is done and I have no extra work to do. Carpet for stairs, runner (Residential)
Lehel & Timea at Alliance offer quality service pleasantly along with itemized billing & honest pricing. They answer queries, return phone calls & emails. It is a pleasure to work with them. I'm happy with my carpet for the stairs. Sam, the installer did a professional job with the installation. But I did have to vacuum the stairs 3 times to get it to look loose pile & debris free. I guess this is par for the course with a pile carpet install. The only concern I have is about the durability of the new underpads used which have a different feel from the ones I had before even though I was assured of their quality. Time will tell. Overall, it was a hassle free & pleasant experience to work with Alliance for my flooring project.
