Excellent service from deciding on the type of carpet we desired with advice from Sanketh, to a very expert installation from Del, Jason and Mike. A flaw was noticed in the carpet on installation and Sanketh rectified the problem by dealing with the supplier quickly to our satisfaction. We are pleased with the results and will go back to Floors Direct for future flooring needs. A great staff who aim to please.

Hi Doug, thank you so much for the review. What a time we had when we realized there was a flaw in your carpet and you would have to be in a mess for a while longer. We felt so bad but you were very patient with us and we thank you for that. I know Sanketh pulled out all the stops to get it replaced as quickly as possible - he is such an asset - and hopefully you weren't disrupted for too long.
