An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
It was the long Canada Day weekend and Just Bugs was the only company that called me back! He gave us excellent service, he was very professional and knowledgable about the service. Mike was prompt and discreet and performed the service I needed. He solved the problem and gave me peace of mind. I would 100% recommend Mike and Just Bugs to anyone who is experiencing this problem.
