It was a Sunday when our basement floor drain backed up. This wasn't the first time so I had a few names that I could call Monday morning but I decided to email Pavlo immediately rather than wait to call. He answered my email in 20 minutes! He was in my house ON SUNDAY within an hour! Oh, and for Pavlo and some of us, it was Christmas Eve! He did an immediate temporary fix and provided a quote for the permanent solution which I knew was excavation outside. This was completed by his great team on the following Tuesday and Wednesday. We contracted Mina and his team to cut back a large, long, seriously overgrown privet hedge with the hope that it will rejuvenate next spring. He provided a detailed, written quote with a competitive price. He sent a three man crew who arrived promptly on the scheduled day and quickly had the job done. They raked and cleaned up extremely well. Crew were very polite and willingly shared their expertise. Absolutely no problem recommending this company for your tree, shrub and hedge issues.

We just had Scenic Tree Service do some serious trimming of a badly overgrown cedar hedge, a far-too bushy honeylocust and a purpleleaf smoke tree. Jack, Virginia and their crew showed up right on time. Team did an excellent job, just what we were looking for. No skimping on the tree trimming. Cleaned up our yard and the neighbours on each side and left the yards spotless. No hesitation in recommending this company and we would certainly use them again when the time comes. Very courteous and friendly service.

Had Robert and his team re-grout and caulk an aging bathroom and , I must say, our experience with this company was first rate. Contacted them on-line and had a call back within a couple of hours. In two days, Robert was here to provide an estimate and within a week, the job was done. Everything was done exactly as his detailed estimate described. We knew what the job would entail and, just as importantly, what they wouldn't do. We couldn't be more pleased with the result. The workman, Nicolas, was courteous and didn't hesitate to tell us what he was doing and why. And Jackie must be the quarterback because she seemed to be on top of everything from their home office. All in all, a great experience.
