We met with the sales rep and after getting estimates from 4 other companies we settled on Windows by Installers. The price was in our range and the quality of the window rated great. We had 10 windows replaced. A week later an installer came and measured all the windows and we were told it would take about 2 weeks for the windows to be made. In early May 3 installers came and installed the windows. They did an excellent job and cleaned up the areas where each of the windows went. I went around to each window with the installer and was shown how to operate all the different windows. During the inspection the installer told me 1 window sash would be replaced due to a scratch on the finish and we found another that had an imperfection in the glass later when cleaning them. Within 2 weeks both windows were replaced. Overall I was pleased with dealing with Windows by Installer both before, during, and after the installation of the windows.
