Donald came within two hours of our call. He was professional and efficient. He used a snake and a camera to investigate our sewer line. He explained the problem and the limitations of what he could do. He cut as much of the roots that were blocking the line as he could, and showed us with the camera feed exactly where the issues are, and our options to address them. He advised us on bleach and water to clean up, and left the worksite tidy. He had boot covers to come indoors. We are in a pandemic now. He wore a mask and observed social distance. Very pleased with the work that was done. Would recommend.

Sam responded to my phone message within a few hours, and came two days later to look at the washing machine. As he warned me on the phone ahead of time, the noise was due to the bearings, and the repair would be as much as a replacement. Oh, and when I accidentally overpaid him, he came back to return the $20. Happy to know that Sam is available and happy to recommend him.
