We were looking to re-asphalt our old driveway, add some interlock, and at the same time waterproof the basement of our house along the wall underneath the driveway. We were happy to know that Northland did both so as to coordinate the project. They did a great job. Bobby and his crew worked a long dirty day to make sure that the waterproofing and drainage will last for years to come. We immediately noticed a decrease in moisture in our basement. Great job. Sheila is the scheduling coordinator who works hard to ensure work is done in a timely manner. The interlock crew did a great job. They actually came back the next day to replace some stones where the colour was off for us. I would highly recommend this company.

This company was recommended to me by a colleague. Used In Home Services to clean 2 sofas, 1 futon mattress and 3 area rugs. Service was excellent, even old doggie stains came out. Technician was professional, knoweldgeable,thoughtful of our pets, and careful in our home. Really impressed with this company. Would highly recommend.

We purchased a high efficiency furnace and tankless hot water system from Pinnacle. They helped convert our home to gas from oil and dealt with the Enbridge Gas folks and that wasn't easy. Did a great job. Roberto was excellent.

Manny DaSilva is the owner of MDS contracting. Gave a quote on our basement and came in pretty close. Only extras were things we added. Workmanship was good but service and communictaion was excellent. No worries. Always there when we expected him and his crew. Did what he said he would on time.

Peter Joseph of RenoCanada estimated our small bathroom gut and renovation to take 7-10 working days. Their quote was much higher than most companies which they justified by saying they guarantee their work and timeliness. 33 days later the job was finally completed, not to our satisfaction. Communication was terrible and I had to chase them to get the job done. Lots of deficiencies. I spoke with the president of the company, Sam who guaranteed that the job would be done by day 20, which did not occur. Not sure where the 'guarantee' came in. We are currently in price negotiations.
