I have used Pro Appliance for over 20 years for my washing machine, dryer, cook top, stove and fridge. Matthew is the heart of the company. He is professional, courteous, highly skilled, and a perfectionist. I appreciate the company's fair and ethical pricing, and service. Matthew is the reason I use this company. His level of expertise is the Gold Standard.

Keith repaired the problems with an expert approach and professional manner. He had to purchase the correct faucet hose and replace it. In the meantime he found a chronic leak that I had gotten used to around my faucet. He repaired that too! He would not leave until he was positive the work was completed to perfection - and it was! A+++ service. Thank you Keith H. and Mr. Rooter Plumbing for an excellent job.
