We’ve replaced all our windows and front door with MaxGreen to our home. We had a tremendous positive experience with MaxGreen. They are nice people focused on quality and customer satisfaction, very rare to find on these days. The sales have been advised us to do our best choice of product and the project manager has kept a scrutinous eye on the execution all along the installation. They clean up everything after the project closure and dispose the old windows and front door. Kudos to everyone. Overall, if they continue the same path, I’m definitely recommending MaxGreen to anyone.

I called Stampede Overhead Door for a maintenance on my garage door: They did a great job and changed all the weather strips, bottom door seal, check on door springs and cables, check on door balance, check and lubricate all hardware and advised me how to maintain the door until next service. Lasha guided me to find the right product for my patio door (high efficiency with argon gas), communicated regularly with me and he was on time for the job, as we previously planned. Mike was introduced to us through Rick Strand (Strand Home Inspections Inc) whom which we worked back in time and wanted to hire again, but was fully booked at that time. Buying a home is the biggest investment on your life, no matter if you‘re paying cash or get a mortgage and put yourself in debt for life. When it comes to the decision to buy or not to buy don’t count on your wife/girlfriend because she’s too subjective to other things and definitely don’t count on any realtor because they don’t care about what you want or what you need, they care only about securing the transaction and their commission. When you reach that point to make a decision to buy or not to buy … it’s only you and your last line of defense: the home inspector. Despite your realtor sneaking advice to save money by calling in cheap recommended home inspectors … you got to ahead with the best home inspector ever and don’t go cheap on that, otherwise you’ll find yourself with a huge debt and a property that needs more money in renovations that you’ll never be able to come within a lifetime. You last line of defense with big guns is: Rick Strand … from Strand Home Inspections Inc. Rick amazed me with his knowledge and professionalism, the amount of time he put to inspect everything as well as the deepest level of home inspection detail as humanly possible he went during the inspection, to assure that nothing’s left behind unseen or not inspected. He uses the latest technology (thermal imaging, moisture detector, gas detector, etc) and is highly qualified licensed home inspector. At the end he provided us with a comprehensive, detailed property inspection report along with tons of pictures. You cannot go wrong with Rick … he is truly the last line of defense for you. I will recommend Rick LOUD and CLEAR to anybody and hope they will hear my recommendation. My personal wish list for Rick is to be able to call him for other services than only home inspection as: radon inspection & detection, mold inspection & detection, air quality analysis & sampling
