Tony was one of several people who I got quotes from. He was the most prompt and clear in proving the quote to cut back a bunch of neighboring tree branches hanging over my property and rooftop. He was able to tend to the task within a couple of days of finalizing the quote. Everything was done as promised and to our complete satisfaction. Toony was one of the most professional people I have dealt with in regards to home services. This is probably only time I have ever awarded 10/10 to any company I have reviewed. I even recommended him to my neighbor who needed 2 trees removed.

A few years ago I had two cracks in my basement foundation. I had several visits and quotes from contractors for repairs. I found that Martin was one of the most straight forward and reasonably priced contractor. They had to come back a few months after the initial repair as there was some water leaking through one of the cracks again. It was promptly fixed under warranty, but I am wary of the poly fill technique of sealing cracks as a result of the 2nd breach.

They had the best price on the ASUS 10 inch tablet after Xmas, but it was hard to find. I called the same store twice the same day and was given two different answers regarding availability. Luckily, the 2nd time I asked the person to make sure they could put their hands on it and hold it for me to the next day. Not the best service due tong wait time in the store and mix up regarding inventory, but they did have the best price by far.

A couple of years ago, they custom made a replacement mirror for me from dimensions I gave them over the phone. They were very cost competitive and flexible in terms of pickup time and payment terms. When I was at their shop picking up the mirror, they gave me some advice on mounting it and even threw in a quarter tube of the mounting glue when I asked where I could get some. It did the trick and the mirror remains solidly attached to this day!

The Monitoring Center has been monitoring our security alarm system for the past 4 years. They don't try to upsell you, but will hookup an existing system happily. The charge on a yearly basis ($120), the best price aroudn. They're customer service team is excellent and we know they are monitoring reliably since we've had our share of false alarms which they've contacted us about.

Dale replaced our garage roof this spring. They took a couple of days to finish it, but cleaned up nicely afterwards. Lynn, the manager actually came on site the 2nd day and stuck around for quite awhile working with her crew (about 2 or 3 guys). Hoping that keeps up the quality control.
