Filthy water backed up in my tenants' laundry room and Express Rooter was efficient, helpful and solved the problem within a day. They had to dig down 16 feet in front of the house and installed clean-outs so that we would never have the problem inside the house again (there is a huge beautiful tree in front of the house, whose roots had penetrated the clay pipe. Learned many things from this, including that 'snaking' a pipe can damage it and cause problems later, as seems to have happened here. Their communication was excellent, with me and with my tenants, and they left the site very clean and no sign of debris. I recommend them highly.

Hugh is always helpful and has done numerous jobs for me at home and at my rental property, including repairing brick wall, redoing a concrete window ledge, topping my tall cedar trees, as well as more mundane 'fix-it' jobs. He is a pleasure to have around - intelligent, helpful and reasonable. I recommend him highly.

Though he came much later than expected, he was really worth waiting for. Delroy knows his appliances, diagnosed that my dishwasher does not need a new latch (as another repairman said) but simply needed to be leveled. He works quickly and is very pleasant and friendly. I recommend him highly.
