When I first started shopping around for someone to renovate my house I really didn’t know the steps involved to bring a project like this to completion. I talked to a few contractors which didn’t get me anywhere, except one had mentioned I needed drawings. With that in mind I continued looking and found Stephanie. What a complete 180 from the others! Stephanie walked me through everything, survey, drawings, permits and layouts to consider. Things that can’t or maybe I shouldn’t do, she cared! It was an easy choice for me to pick Stephanie as my designer. I hired her to do my drawings and she also got my permits, which was less stress for me! Once my renovation started I hired Stephanie to help with my selections. With so many different options to select from now, it can be overwhelming! I truly thought this process would be fun but there was just too many nice ones out there! Stephanie helped narrow things down, she understood my taste and what worked best in the area. Even when I showed her a design feature I was considering for the tile in my foyer, she was very much for it and re-worked the materials and colour to make it work in my house. After all this, I was even able to save some money through her connections at some retail stores. Thank you Stephanie for all your help!!

Wow!! Amazing customer service from this company. They called me back fast and I had an appointment set up in a few days. Larry the service tech arrived within the time frame they gave and was fast at finding the problem and fixing it! thanks guys!
