Our water heater cracked this morning, and began to flood our basement, we called Reliance and we had someone at our door within an hour in a snow event. Joey D out of the Burlington branch was a ROCKSTAR professional, highly competent, polite and efficient. What could have been a large insurance claim was avoided. Thanks

Very happy with the quality of work, professional, on time, attention to detail. Appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves every day, and on the last day went the extra mile to ensure the house was as tidy as possible
