Excellent customer service. George was very accommodating on scheduling a date to have the work done. George and his father arrived when they said they would, upgraded the main gas line so that a BBQ and gas range could be connected at a future date. He pressured tested the gas lines to ensure that there were no leaks. Once the gas line was turned on, he made sure the furnace, hot water heater and Gas Fireplace were all working before he left. He was kind enough to walk me through the shot off vales and how to connect the BBQ line. It is great to deal with people who are good at what they do and customer focused. Thanks.

I am extremely disappointed with the work and customer service provided by Loctite. We signed the contract with Foti on July 25, 2013 and was promised that the work would begin in three weeks. Well three weeks came and went so therefore we called Foti to see when possibly they would be coming to do the work. Many calls and none returned. We get a call in the morning last week that the crew were on their way to our house. We were on our way to work!!! They completed the job and when we returned from work we were shocked at the poor quality of workmanship done. I called Foti and of course he has not called me back. I have emailed him pictures of the various issues. Looking at the front of my house makes me very upset. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Let's see if I get a response from Foti. I will keep you posted. Update: I am very impressed at how quickly Greg contacted me and came out to the house to see the issues. He was very understanding and is willing to resolve the issues and to ensure that we are satisfied. Now this is what customer service is all about. Thank you Greg, I appreciate it!!! Update #2: Greg and his crew came out this past weekend to fix the issues and did a fantastic job! Thank you!

As u know It has come to my attention that u have some issues with your front walk. I've been out to c u to look at the problems. And I agree with u there r some issues that need to b fixed. As I said to u we will b out to do the necessary repairs. I'm just waiting on your decision which way u want to go as I suggested a few deffirent solutions to the issue with the step. Please let me know as I want to get this repair completed.

I only hope that when the repairs r completed to your satisfaction you will Update the review to reflect the final outcome.
